Being a member of the NFBC Travel Team is easy and open to all NFBC members.
1) Register for the ride.
2) Wear an NFBC club- or NFBC major event jersey during the event.
3) Sign the NFBC Travel Team ride sheet and follow all NFBC ride rules.

Tour de Winter Garden 2023 FL

On Saturday, September 16, 2023, Travel Team Captain Virginia Deroy will be leading the NFBC at the TOUR DE GARDEN in Winter Garden, Florida.  Challenge yourself on Sugarloaf, Florida’s tallest mountain, for either 40 or 70 miles. 

This is a great training ride for the MS ride.   Winter Garden is located just west of Orlando. The ride departs at 7:30 am.   A cycling jersey is included for the first 150 riders for 40 and 71 miles, so register soon!

A group of Philanthropic Military Veterans and Professionals in the cycling industry got together to help the community to host this event which raises money for the College Scholarship Fund for the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico in Orlando.


The Inter-American University of Puerto Rico is a private non-profit institution of higher education. For more than 100 years, the institution has been dedicated to preparing students for humanistic, social, and scientific work. It serves as a cultural bridge between North America and Latin America.


By participating in this event, you will help more recipients to get scholarships. Your support is crucial to provide a high-quality college education to the most needed population.
