Registration Info

Registration has closed - Event is past
You must register to participate in the ride and to earn club mileage. There will be a Pre-Ride Meeting 5 minutes before the start of the ride. Please arrive at the starting point early enough to get set up before the pre-ride meeting. Helmets are required on all NFBC rides.

About this event

Every year we usher in the New Year with the NFBC all-time club favorite, the YOYO ride on January 1. 

The 55 AND 30 MILES WILL START AT 10:00
All rides will start at the Helsema Trailhead Jacksonville Baldwin Rail Trail - Halsema Trailhead

we do need to people to help lead the various pace and distance groups.  If you can help please contact ridedirector@nfbc.us.  



The 55 route are available for levels A & B.  The 30-mile route (up and down the rail trail) is open to all riders.

There was a rainbow at the start of the 2015 YOYO ride  



By the way, this ride is called the YOYO ride because on New Year's Day we are never sure which stores will be open and there is no sag wagon. You're On Your Own.  So, bring enough food and drink to sustain you through the ride.
 
Of course, there is water along the rail trail and the Wal-Mart that we pass in MacClenny is always open.
