NFBC members only ride. Non-members may test 3 NFBC rides before joining. You must sign the ride waiver to participate in the ride and to earn club points and mileage. There will be a Safety Briefing Meeting 10 minutes before the start of the ride. Please arrive at the starting point early enough to get set up before the pre-ride meeting. Helmets required on all NFBC rides.
No hammering, smiles/kindness required.  We ride north thru neighborhoods and bike paths (new DOT bike paths with our own bike bridges !) at +/- 14-18 mph up to Peters Point on Amelia Island.  No matter your speed, we regroup every 6 miles at 1) Ferry (bring $2 for tolls) 2) Little Talbot State Park, 3) Amelia Island State Park, and 4) Peters Point.   We may split into A/B/C groups in the bike lane for the 18 miles back to the ferry.  You do you, no one rides alone.   Very beautiful ride.  Park at Mayport boat ramp lot 4870 Ocean St or by tennis courts if starting at AB city hall.
